Bela Weddings & Events is inspired through the love and affection of two primary goals. The first and most important goal is family. In an effort to provide for their three children while allowing for enough "quality time" to still be a part of the growth of their children, Amber and Bobby-James decided to offer wedding services to the public in 2008. Although some may think "Bela" is spelled wrong, deriving from the Italian word "Bella" meaning "beautiful", it's not. BELA is an indicator of the first letter of every member of their immediate family. (B) Bobby-James, (E) Ethan, (L) Lexxy, (A) Arianna. When asked why, Amber replied: "My family was my original inspiration for continuing the schooling and growth of what has now become a successful company in an industry that I love so much. So why not have a constant reminder directly in the name of our company!"

Bobby-James, having a 10 year background in business management and event coordination decided to go full force with the company and give it everything he had. He can be considered the driving force behind the vision. His assertive and ambitous personality allow him to not only create continued success for Bela Weddings, but it also ensures that every wedding is perfectly executed. Having been a business owner in the past, he has a keen understanding of the importance of exceptional customer service and doesn't allow anything less than exceptional. In his own words: "Part of what we do is relieve the stress associated with a wedding. The first step to that equation is how the Bride & Groom feel they were treated. Our clients may not remember everything we do, but they will always remember the way they were treated."

While Bobby-James seems to be the muscle and action seeker, Amber will always remain the finess with her delicate personality. She is able to put the accent on such a joyous occassion. Let's not forget the third piece to this puzzle, Mr. Tommy Betz. In 2010, Tommy joined the Bela Weddings team after other successful business ventures with Bobby-James. Tommy has an extensive background in Firefighting and is also a Paramedic. While that may not seem like it is appropriate for a Wedding Company, we urge you to look again. By 18 years of age he had began his journey on the fire department by completing a strenuous fire academy and earning his EMT certification all within a single year. This proved an ability and motivation to conquer all things put in his path, and with that he has proven to be a valuable asset to Bela Weddings. Aside from his public service resume', he also shares with us 9 years of Videography experience and 8 years of DJ experience but don't let that define him. Tommy has been considered the "loveable" guy, always leaving a lasting impression on all of his family, friends and clients..."Everybody loves Tommy!"
