Our wedding planning services are specifically tailored based on our brides desires and want. we want to ensure you are getting exactly what you want all rolled up into the perfect package. all of the above even though it may have a specific interest in the videography portion of our company should still be taken just as seriously and read the same as it possesses some valid information pertaining to our weddings services as well. Please review the above information as well as what you are about to read as it is all relevant to ur terms and guarantee.

 Bela Weddings & Events represents that they have extensive background in all aspects of the wedding/event coordination profession and access to a full range of related products and service contacts in the Florida, Massachusetts and surrounding area.  Bela Weddings & Events is willing to provide services based on this background.  We require that all vendors are selected from our list of our preferred caterers, rental agencies, wedding officiates, ministers, musicians, bands, DJ’s, entertainment, photographers and videographers, caterers, pastry chefs, hotels, lodges and private estate properties.  The above vendors and service providers mentioned have demonstrated superior professionalism and service contributing to the development of a successful business relationship with Bela Weddings & Events and all of our wedding clients. 
 
( a)    The wedding couple or  agent for the couple, agrees to pay an initial non-refundable retainer of  $__(TBD)__ and a $__(TBD)__ non-refundable payment for floral expenses. This payment serves, as a retainer is due and payable at the time of contract signature.
(b)    The remaining payments will be billed monthly with the final payment due no later than (14) fourteen days prior to the date of the wedding. The monthly billing will include required deposits for all services chosen, payment for coordination time at a rate of $   (TBD)    per hour and expenses incurred for phone, postage and shipping. Billable coordination time includes time spent both on behalf of the wedding couple and time spent in communication with the wedding couple or their agents. 
(c)    Payments may be via  (cash delivery, wire transfer, certified check, etc)

3) Date Changes:
 In the event the wedding couple is forced to change the date of the wedding every effort will be  made by Bela Weddings & Events and staff to transfer location reservations, sub-contractors and Bela Weddings & Events support to the new date.  The wedding couple agrees that in the event of a date change any expenses including but not limited to deposits and fees that are non-refundable and non-transferable are the sole responsibility of the wedding couple.  There may also be additional charges above and beyond those set forth in paragraph 2 above.  The wedding couple further understands that last minute changes can impact the quality of the event and that Bela Weddings & Events is not responsible for these compromises in quality.

4) Cancellation:
In the event of a cancellation all payments made to date are non-refundable and all outstanding payments will be due immediately (This pertains to all of Bela Weddings & Events as well as all vendors associated with our services.).

5) Remedies:
In the event Bela Weddings & Events is unable to collect the required payments for any reason the following will apply:
(a)    Day 1-15:  All coordination efforts will cease
(b)    Day 16:  All location and sub-contractor reservations made on behalf of the wedding couple will be canceled and collection efforts for any remaining debt to Bela Weddings & Events will commence.

6) Accommodations:
The wedding couple agrees that any property retained by Bela Weddings & Events on behalf of the wedding couple may require a separate contract.

 7) Outdoor Locations:
 The wedding couple understands that Bela Weddings & Events provides certain outdoor wedding locations by special permit from the federal government or state agencies.  The wedding couple agrees that they and their invited guests will abide by the permit requirements while on federal land. Bela Weddings & Events is operated in accordance with the USDA policy which prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, age, handicap, familial partners, religion, and or national origin.

8) Entire Agreement:
 This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties except   as noted in paragraph 6 above, and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written.  This Agreement supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between the parties.

 9) Amendment:
This Agreement may be modified or amended if the amendment is made in writing and is signed by both parties.

 10) Severability:
If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid and enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.

11) Waiver of Contractual Rights:
The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of that party's right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of this Agreement.

12) Applicable Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of (Florida, Massachusetts).

 

The Videography

It is our desire to ensure that your wedding becomes one of the greatest memories you can share and we are excited to be a part of that process. Because of that we have developed a fool proof system that relieves all the stress associated with finding the perfect videographer or Wedding Consultant for your special day. We believe in our product and for the entire time we have been in business we have never had an unsatisfied client or bride. The only way to ensure our quality remains intact is to ensure that we never adjust the system we have in place as it has worked perfectly for the past few years. The system is simple and works as such; We do offer combined services and specifically tailored services based on your desire but the primary bulk of our business is generated from three primary packages, more than 95% to be exact. ALL of our packages include the following without restriction; Every Client will receive a bare minimum of two HD quality camcorders no matter which package they select (we find it impossible to get unique quality with only one camcorder). All packages have no time limit, you get our team for the day in full. All packages include all raw footage on mini HD DVC camcorder cassette (there is a small processing fee if you would like to have it transferred to a DVD but the mini HDV's themselves will always be yours to keep inclusive in our rate). We do not guarantee a specific quality on the mini HDV's as A LOT of color correction and sound editing is done in the post editing process. We do however, guarantee the quality regarding the finished product of the package that you've selected. Our guarantee is fully backed by a money back clause which ensures that if you are not satisfied with our final product you will get your money back.

The guarantee process is simple, once we have completed our edit we will upload it to our site for your viewing and approval. Once you've viewed itand agree to its quality, you will sign a waiver that simply states by physically accepting the DVD's and signing this waiver you agree that you are satisfied and cannot claim dissatisfaction thereafter which means our money back guarantee at that point becomes null and void, but the guarantee of our product still remains in that if your DVD's for some reason are disrupted or damaged we will replenish it for nothing more than the cost of product and shipping. If for some reason prior to accepting the finished product you are not satisfied, we reserve the right to re-edit until you are satisfied, by stating that you are not satisfied and requesting a refund without allowing us to re-edit the product at least 2 times or even after the re-edit, you understand that you forfeit any rights to any finished product or raw footage and can only receive a maximum of half the agreed upon amount in your agreement. Amount will vary depending on the package selected and the work our team had completed, the amount returned will never be more than the fifty percent of the original agreed upon package amount and with this denial of satisfaction you are submitting and forfeiting all products that we have in our possession.

All packages also include HD quality, lapel microphones, pre ceremony, post ceremony, reception or partial reception. Rates may adjust to compensate for travel if out of state. There is a fifty percent deposit required in order to confirm your specific date, twenty five percent of the deposit is non-refundable while the final twenty five percent is refundable up until three months prior to the selected date on the agreement. If the date upon which you are attempting to cancel is less than three months away from selected date on the agreement you understand that you forfeit the entire deposit amount. This means that you will NOT receive any of your deposit if you cancel anytime less than three months from the date you are getting married according to the date that is on the agreement you've signed with us. You understand that we thoroughly and extensively check and recheck all of our equipment prior to beginning an event or wedding but cannot be held responsible for any unknown acts of God, Nature or guests that may interfere with sound quality or video quality. We also ask that the client or couple provide our team members with food and beverage during the reception so as to avoid any unneeded departures as we will be with you the entire day. It is not required, just recommended and we appreciate your understanding with this.

Our first option is our same day edits and is an option that offers you a three to five minute montage of all the day's events delivered to you within 24 hours from the date of your agreement. This is our most popular package. It captures the most important moments of your wedding in a movie trailer type video montage to music. We typically select the music but are always open to suggestions or preferences. This package includes the full day of your wedding including the pre wedding preparation for both the bride and the groom (we will be with you during the time when you are getting ready, eating, doing your make up, tying your ties, everything). We will then be with you for the first introduction if you choose to see each other prior to the wedding which has become a new tradition, we will shoot your ceremony, and partial or all your reception depending on when you want the finished product delivered to you. This is the most popular package because of its turn around and affordability Our second option is the full length film which is anywhere from ten to twenty five minutes of a featured, cinematic film capturing all the most important moments of your day in much more detail. The typical turn around for this is around two weeks but cannot be guaranteed that exact time frame. We wake up with you, interview your family members and you guys as well and spend the entire day with you similar to the above mentioned package. This package is the best value because of its incredible attention to detail and ability to capture each moment in depth for later viewing; it's like watching a movie of your very special day rather than just a trailer. Sometimes our brides or clients can't choose between the two because they want to see the trailer version and then be able to later watch the movie too and with that we've created a discounted package with the two. The turnaround is about the same as the other options above but the rate is much less than the combined rates. It's a great way to get your cake and eat it too. Aside from these primary options we will do video save the dates, love stories, wreck the dress and more, just call us to inquire about rates and ideas for them.

You understand that by agreeing to this guarantee and these terms you are agreeing to allow us the ability to post your wedding videos on our site and other channels to advertise our product. You understand that the examples on our sites may not originate from the team that shoots your wedding and may be an affiliate or an example of the type of video we shoot rather than our actual work. Bela Weddings & Events reserves the right to adjust the terms at any time without prior notice and in doing so any contract entered into prior to the adjustment date will remain valid as per the original agreements terms. You agree to save harmless and indemnify Bela Weddings & Events, its owners, affiliates, partners, attorneys and other personnel from any legal matters pertaining to the services we are providing. You agree to arbitration rather than legal action in the event of dissatisfaction of services and you agree that you will use arbitration as the method of mediation to resolve any issues that may arise regarding our services. Thus far we have a hundred percent satisfaction of services current to date which is incredible. Aside from our incredible videography packages we also offer certified bridal consulting and wedding planning packages also. As these packages cater to the desire of the bride in respect to exactly what you want our certified wedding planners to plan and coordinate for you, a phone call is necessary to determine an exact rate to plan your wedding. We are always offering incredible discounts for joint packages that many times have you paying only three to five hundred dollars for your wedding planning. All of the above mentioned restrictions, methods, policies, terms, and disclaimers are valid pertaining to our consulting services as well. These terms you are reading are simply a business technicality and we always make sure our clients are satisfied without the use of any negative arbitrary methods. Your day is special and we don't want to be the negative memory of it and we never have been.
