We are only accepting weddings with a budget over 35k due to schedule restrictions.
The rates for any budget over 50k is 10% of that budget and any budget under 50k is 15% of that budget.
Our packages are all inclusive with no additional hourly rates etc.

Our planning services are specifically catered to meet your desires. Because of that, there truly is no "specified" rate when referring to something as delicate as this service. Some brides need our certified wedding planners to head up the entire wedding from start to finish, others just want our services for the wedding day. Some brides want us for everything except the wedding day, and there are even some brides who just need someone to get advice from. We do it all.

The most important thing to keep in mind when considering a wedding planner is; do they have the ability to tap into their resources to save you time and money? Over the years that we have been working with the DJ's, bands, venue owners, flourists, bridal shops etc., we've developed friendships as well as business relationships. In most cases, you will get exactly what you're looking for and as close to the budget you have in place, if not under.

Here are just some of the things we cater to;

Week Prior:

• Contact all vendors to ensure all payments have been made and everything is in order for the big day.
• Make all final payments to vendors if necessary.
• Rehearsal dinner confirmation, to ensure people placement and smooth flow for wedding day.
• Make sure all honeymoon plans are in order.

Ceremony Preparation:

• Pin corsages on the mothers, godmothers, special aunts, and readers
• Pin boutonnieres on the fathers, groomsmen, and groom
• Distribute bouquets to the bridesmaids, flower girl, and bride
• Work with band or dj to ensure proper set up.
• Discuss cues and the ceremony with the musical talent
• Give the reader a copy of the reading and ensure they are prepared.

Ceremony:

• Cue the ceremony musicians
• Line up the parents and bridal party before the ceremony
• Concur with the officiant about the license.
• Prepare the wedding rings before the ceremony begins.
• Assist the flower girl and ring bearer if needed.
• ‘Fluff’ the bride’s dress and fix her veil before she heads down the aisle
• Ensure all stress is releived and the true meaning of the day is at the forefront of the Bride and Grooms mind.

Reception Preparation:

• Concur with the caterer to begin set up and preparation.
• Make sure all the family members are in place for the formal photographs.
• Work with the florist to get centerpieces and other decorative items out.
• Work with the venue contact to ensure DJ is in proper location.

Reception:

• Politely invite guests to their seats in an orderly and timely fashion.
• Line up the bridal party before the introductions are made.
• Work with the DJ and caterer to ensure the timeline is upheld.
• Bring the bride and groom drinks from the bar to their sweetheart table or head table.
• Update the bride and groom before each major event of the reception.
• Ensure the photographers and DJ are fed at the appropriate time so as not to miss any special moments.
• Make sure the Bride and grooms daily events run smoothly (cake cutting, dance, garter toss etc.)
• Ensure the driver of the limousine is cued in the correct position throughout the day.
• Ensure the caterer is aware of any venue requirements such as clean up and location etc.

Generally Making Things Smooth:

• Direct guests to the right location for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.
• Offset the timeline so the photographer can get all the portraits done.
• Show the photographer the venue and several location options for formal photographs.
• Distribute vendor tips on behalf of the bride and groom.
